Terms and Conditions of Sale (TCS) – Veslury

Preamble These Terms and Conditions of Sale (TCS) govern product sales by the Veslury brand on its website https://veslury.com. By placing an order on the Site, you unreservedly accept these TCS.

Article 1 - Business Identity

Article 2 - Products The products offered for sale are those appearing on the Site on the day of consultation by the user, subject to stock availability (including the "Ascension" and "Insoumis" t-shirts, and the Calendar). Products are described and presented with the greatest possible accuracy. However, if errors or omissions occur in this presentation, Veslury cannot be held liable.

Article 3 - Prices Product prices are stated in euros. VAT is not applicable, pursuant to Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code (Code général des impôts). Veslury reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but products will be billed based on the rates in effect at the time the order is confirmed.

Article 4 - Orders Orders are placed online on the Site. Any order implies acceptance of the prices and descriptions of the products available for sale. Veslury will acknowledge receipt of the order upon confirmation by sending a confirmation email.

Article 5 - Payment Payment for purchases is made using the secure payment methods offered on the Site (Credit/Debit Card). Transactions are fully secured by our encrypted payment gateway.

Article 6 - Delivery

  • 6.1 Delivery Terms: Products are delivered to the delivery address specified during ordering. Veslury relies on print-on-demand and shipping partners for product manufacturing and fulfillment.

  • 6.2 Delivery Times: Delivery times vary depending on the customer's location and the selected carrier. They are provided as estimates when placing the order.

  • 6.3 Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on the delivery address and the total weight of the items in the cart.

Article 7 - Right of Withdrawal and Returns

  • 7.1 Statutory Period: In accordance with French law, consumers have a period of 14 days from receipt of their package to exercise their right of withdrawal without giving any reason.

  • 7.2 Defective Products or Errors: All claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted to the email address veslury.contact@gmail.com within a maximum of 30 days after receiving the product. For packages lost in transit, claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.

  • 7.3 Return Conditions: Items must be returned brand new, unworn, and in their original packaging. For any return request, the customer must contact Veslury in advance at: veslury.contact@gmail.com.

Article 8 - Intellectual Property (License) Unless otherwise stated, Veslury owns full intellectual property rights for all elements present on the site (texts, images, clothing designs, graphics, logos, etc.). All rights are reserved. You are strictly forbidden from copying, republishing, selling, renting, reproducing, duplicating, or redistributing material and visuals from Veslury without the explicit written permission of Thomas Poiret.

Article 9 - Personal Data Veslury is committed to protecting its customers' personal data. Collected information is processed electronically solely for order management and service improvement purposes. For more details, please review our Privacy Policy.

Article 10 - Liability Veslury cannot be held liable for damage caused by improper use of the purchased product. Veslury will not be held liable for delays caused by supplier stock shortages or force majeure events beyond its control.

Article 11 - Disputes These TCS are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action. Failing agreement, French courts will have exclusive jurisdiction to settle the dispute.
