Refund and Return Policy – Veslury

Article 1 - Right of Withdrawal and Change of Mind

• For the Veslury 2026 Calendar: You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return. In the event of a change of mind, return shipping costs are entirely your responsibility. The product must be returned unused, brand new, in its original packaging, and with its invoice.

• For "Ascension" and "Insoumis" T-shirts: Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of this collection, we do not accept refunds or exchanges in the case of a change of mind or size selection error on your part. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, re-shipping fees will be your responsibility.

Article 2 - Defective, Damaged Items or Our Errors

Any issue resulting from a printing error or a product damaged during transit is fully covered by us. Claims must be submitted within a maximum of 30 days following receipt of the product (or 30 days after the estimated delivery date in the case of a lost package).

Article 3 - Return Procedure

For any request, you must contact us beforehand at the following email address: veslury.contact@gmail.com. After our approval, the product must be returned to the address provided by our support team. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as Veslury cannot be held responsible for packages lost or damaged during return transit. No refund or replacement will be processed without physical receipt of the product or official proof of return delivery.
